申请甲级测绘资质需要哪些条件

测绘资质办理相对于其他的资质办理要容易一些，当然想要办理测绘资质，对该资质的整体脉络需要有一个大致的了解。本次就分享办理的相关信息，希望对大家有所帮助。

一、基本条件

合法合规的公司主体，对于公司名称原则上无特殊限制，对于公司类型是有限责任公司，股份公司，全民所有制，合伙企业等。对申报测绘资质的公司主体的出资形式有明确界定，目前只能是内资公司。

对于申报主体办公场所面积的要求：甲级测绘资质办公场所不少于600平米，其中档案室不少于50平米；乙级测绘资质办公场所不少于150平米，其中档案室不少于20平米；丙级资质不少于50平米，其中档案室不少于10平米；丁级资质不少于20平米。

要求档案室必须具备三铁一器及六防也就是防强光、防火、防潮、防有害气体、防虫、防盗，且档案室中不能连接外网，对于存储信息数据的电脑应该做物理隔离；另外就是要将测绘成果管理制度进行上墙且做好后期成果调阅登记处理。

对于技术人员的要求：注册测绘师，高级工程师，中级工程师，初级工程师。以上人员的证件都需通过正规的评审部门颁发方可有效。

并且所有技术人员需需要满足：毕业证可以网查且学历真实有效；初级职称需大专毕业2或3年以上，本科毕业满1年以上；中级职称需满足大专毕业7年以上，本科毕业满5年以上；高级职称需满足大专毕业满15年以上，本科毕业满10年以上。

二、办理流程到底

流程大概是：单位申请-市经办人初审-市级局长转报-经办人待受理-经办人受理-省经办人审查-省级处长审核-省经办人发证。

值得注意的是每个省份的资质审核周期不尽相同，整体来说一般是3个月左右能够下证。

甲级资质需要经过三个不同级别的自然资源部门进行审批，最终要到自然资源部；

乙级资质一般是由市自然资源局和省自然资源厅来审批；

丙丁级资质一般是直接由市自然资源局审核，然后转报至省自然资源厅进行签批发证即可。
